There is a scam email/text mentioning a State Farm emergency roadside kit that includes a fake survey link. A new text has been circulating about money due to you from the Drive Safe & Save program. There is also a new scam stating that you can receive a dash cam in exchange for a small shipping fee and completing a survey.
How it works: Scammers are sending emails or text messages that appear to be from State Farm, but they are not. They mention a loyalty program and offer a reward for completing a customer experience survey. These messages typically include a link. This is a scam. Please DO NOT click links in any unexpected messages. If you are ever unsure, contact our office directly. We are happy to help verify.
