"Save yourself the headache! This branch cancelled my old policy instead of replacing it when my car was totaled by a comprehensive claim resulting in a $205 MONTHLY INCREASE. TRIPLE WHAT I WAS PAYING! Not only did they gaslight and lie to me saying they have no idea why my insurance went up TRIPLE, but my car was totaled December 2023. It’s April and I’m still dealing with billing issues! They don’t return calls and when they do they had no useful information that would help lower or change my bill. I spoke to Frank once in 5 months. They lie and say it’s getting situated and nothing was done because they were too lazy to actually do their job. Finally switched branches and my new agents office is now having to clean up their mess. It’s funny how another branch is situating it in a few days when this branch has taken months with still no results. The incompetence is crazy. I have no idea how these people still have jobs. Go anywhere but here"
"Gabby, I apologize that you had so many issues. We replaced your vehicle when you purchased a new one after your old vehicle was totaled. The new vehicle costs more than your old vehicle. I explained the billing situation to you over the phone and you didn't like my response so you hung up on me. Unfortunately, changing to a different office is not going to fix your bill no matter how much they try to clean it up. "

"I added a second vehicle to my auto policy and the monthly payment increased over $200. When I called this location to have the second vehicle added I was not informed of my new policy quote amount over the phone and had to find out via the State Farm app what my new monthly payment and quote would be. I received my insurance id cards the same day I requested my vehicle to be added via email and I later had to call customer service to cancel my policy after finding out on the Sate Farm app my monthly payment was over double the previous amount I was paying. I would have never agreed to the new payment installment amount or even added my car had I have known the price would be over double what I was already paying. State Farm customer service confirmed that my monthly payment was now over $430 from adding my second vehicle. This is so unprofessional and I had to switch to another insurance company to get a cheaper rate because of this and the insurance I carry now offers more coverage for both vehicles so I’m able to have more value for the money I’m paying. now feel like I was never a valued customer."

As an existing customer, once you have purchased a vehicle and request to add it to the policy, we add it to the policy because you have to carry insurance on it. There is a premium associated with each vehicle that is included on the policy. I understand being unhappy with the premium and I would encourage anyone to explore their options if they feel that they can get a better value for their money. I assure you that I care for each of my customers and strive to provide the best value and not just the cheapest rate."

"The service was awesome. I had come in after learning about their Life Insurance policy, and Frank and Sarah helped break down how each of their policies worked and broke down the numbers in detail. They gave me a quote to think on it and I came back some time later to get signed up. Both Frank and Sarah are very friendly and engaging and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions! The process did not take too long either and I walked out with all the information I needed."

"Frank and his team go above and beyond. They’ve helped me in many situations and they always make sure I am taken care of. They go to battle for me and that means a lot. "It's been quite a while since I've had to shop for auto insurance. Peter was great at helping me understand the various options and was quick to run a few tweaks. We arrived at a great rate with really good coverage that was quite a bit lower than my 2nd choice. Peter was also a big help in bundling my home. Due to recent increases in home value and materials we increased my replacement cost by over $100K, but in the end the new rate we just a few dollars higher than my antiquated coverage. I'm pleased this was reworked and explained the way it was. I recommend everyone check out State Farm and if the Reading area Frank Singleton's office is a great place to start."

He explained how different aspects of insurance work and walked me through several number scenarios. Peter offered upselling like any decent salesperson should, but was not pushy. I have already referred family to him!"
